This is the admissions area, where you'll check in and complete some necessary paperwork. Remember to bring personal identification and your health insurance documents. You should also bring along any additional medical records, lab results, or X-rays that could be useful. Parents or legal guardians must sign for the admission of those under the age of 18.

The night before you're admitted, you should pack a small bag of personal items. We suggest you bring a toothbrush, slippers, robe, and reading materials. The clothes you wear to the hospital should be loose, comfortable, and casual. We recommend that you leave any valuables, such as jewelry or large amounts of cash, at home.

Please do NOT bring any electrical appliances or cellular phones. And, just to let you know, we have a strict no-smoking policy for patients and visitors in all areas of the hospital.

Sometimes it can take a while to get everybody through all the admissions paperwork. Please be patient - we're doing our best to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. By working together, we'll be done in no time and off to your next stop.
